We understand that getting ready for a new season can be stressful or intimidating. We will make sure you have every quality of an elite athlete so that you are prepare to compete at the highest level possible.
Joshua Bowers, Owner of Fast Twitch Performance, has been both athlete and coach. Before receiving his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) Certification, he also, graduated from Marshall University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Athletically, he played football and ran track for said university.
We don’t believe in quick fixes or gimmicks. We care about your long-term success above all else.
How do I get started?
Get started with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule a free trial.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your athletic performance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
We recommend starting with 2 to 3 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 4 a week if your schedule permits and you are out of season. Managing when to train hard and when to just maintain is key, as athletes need proper rest and nutrition in order to perform their best.
Do you provide free refreshments there?
Bring plenty of water, but other drinks are available for purchase.
Are classes 1 on 1 or a group setting?
Classes are run in a group setting with individual progression/regression taken into account.

We believe in building the athlete from the ground up. More isn't always better; better is better.
